ABOUT Ed and Sons Auto Glass

The history of our glass shop.

In 1965 Edward Woods started an auto glass company, he worked part time out of a two-car garage on a side street in Maple Shade. As the years passed Mr. Woods continued to install auto glass on a full-time basis. Throughout the years, Edward’s sons joined the family business therefore the company name became Ed & Sons Auto Glass.  In 1988 Mr. Woods moved from his side street in Maple Shade to Main Street Maple Shade. In 1989 Mr. Woods retired and his sons continued to run the auto glass business. In June of 2013 the glass shop moved to its third and largest location at 619 East Main Street Maple Shade. We continue servicing local customers within the Cinnaminson, Cherry Hill, and Maple Shade areas for all of their auto glass needs.

Over the years Ed & Sons has serviced many Auto Dealerships, Body Shops, Car Repair centers. Holman Ford, Holman Lincoln Mercury, Cherry Hill Triplex, Burns Buick GMC are just a few of our valued customers. Our team and facilities include our four mobile vans and eight technicians.

Ed & Sons Auto Glass has been family owned for 55 years. Mr. Woods passed many years ago but would be proud of his family members who have joined the business, his granddaughter, grandson and great grandson.
